MJE Marketing Services Marks16th Anniversary Video

(October 25, 2010) — San Diego, Calif. — MJE Marketing Services, a full-service, award-winning marketing, advertising, public relations and public affairs agency, is celebrating its 16th anniversary in creative and festive style. The agency's tenure as one of San Diego's most successful and diverse agencies will be highlighted by two significant creative endeavors: a "Sweet 16" video retrospective and a Diwali-themed open house on October 28, 2010, to be held at the agency's new offices in Mission Valley.

The "Sweet 16" video presents MJE Marketing's entire history through client projects, photos and collateral that are "tagged," street-art style on a sidewalk and interspersed with video clips, slides and commercial spots. President and Creative Director Marlee J Ehrenfeld and Senior Art Director Aaron Ishaeik employed stop-motion and time-lapse photography, as well as short film clips to produce the four and one-half minute video. The video will premiere at the MJE Marketing open house, and later, debut on YouTube.com for "viral" online exposure.

The open house celebration event is adapted from Diwali, the Indian "festival of lights," and expresses the agency's hopes for a new business year of health, prosperity, knowledge and peace. Amid tea-light candles and brilliantly colored rose petals, guest will dine on traditional Diwali cuisine. In addition, the event will give guests the opportunity to tour MJE's new offices, which feature inspirational quotes from literature and history, painted by local artist Joan Bonneti.

"Our anniversary open house will be a wonderful reunion of friends and clients and a celebration of our history and growth over the years," said Ehrenfeld. "The "Sweet 16" video acknowledges them, and of course, offers us a chance to engage in the traditional and technology-driven creativity that inspires and drive us forward."
